Successful Waiting with the KidsWe have all been there. The hour long stint in the doctors waiting room, the slow service at the restaurant, the unexpected traffic jam. What? No Game Boy? Susan Finn, CME Educator and owner of Buttonwood Ark, a local childrens entertainment provider, will share her simple tips and tools for keeping kids (and their adults) occupied during those times when it is particularly hard to sit still and keep quiet. Welcoming a New Puppy Into Your FamilyGetting a new dog is like having a new member of the family. What better way to learn all of the \"do's and don't's\" about raising a puppy than to come to the Children's Museum in Easton and be taught firsthand? The Children's Museum in Easton is pleased to welcome back Dick Norton, Dog Behaviorist and Trainer, for a special workshop featuring how to raise and train your new puppy. Topics to be addressed include house-training, basic obedience commands, and most importantly, creating a positive and healthy relationship between your new pet and each member of the family. This exciting and informative presentation will be held on Thursday, January 29, from 6:30-8:00pm. The cost is only $5 and pre-registration is required so come on down and join the fun!
